Noise from the lifts and uncomfortable seating made the overall experience less pleasant, especially for longer stays.

Had a great time with friends exploring nearby attractions like the iconic Petronas Towers and vibrant Little India. The location was super handy, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. Just remember that housekeeping might not change your sheets unless you stay three nights, so plan accordingly!

One night, the AC in my room was acting up, making it almost unbearable until the maintenance team finally sorted it out after a couple of hours.
